Developing great products takes many talented individuals to fill several roles throughout the company. LEAP is focused on sourcing and developing talent for three of those roles for our core engineering teams; support engineer, software engineer and technical program manager.

Support Engineer

Ideal Candidate:

  • Completed a coding bootcamp, online training (self-taught) or has a CS degree
  • Has at least 6+ months of software development experience
  • Has previous professional work experience (tech or non-tech industry)
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater is preferred
  • Data driven with a focus on business results for projects undertaken.
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management skills.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong, demonstrable development and/or cloud services awareness in one or more of the following technologies is desirable:
    • C# / Angular / SQL / C++ / PHP / Python / Java / Node.JS / Ruby
    • Azure, AWS, GCP - architecture understanding for platform and infrastructure

Software Engineer

Ideal Candidate:

Technical Program Manager

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has at least 6+ months of software development experience
  • Has previous professional work experience (tech or non-tech industry)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with stakeholders and advocating for their requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater is preferred
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
  • Previous program management experience a plus
